Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will give you full command over your e-mailbox accounts and newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a new mailbox in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward e-mail messages from one email box to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your e-mailboxes against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your electronic mail accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited electronic mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Just choose the e-mailbox account you would like to forward emails from, then specify the destination mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your email boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you want to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
